"Finca Regia Real Estate" is the real estate agency specialized in the commercialization of real estate in royal estates, modernist and cataloged houses. "Finca Regia" was born from the desire to unite passion and work: On the one hand we love the unique architecture and the homes and spaces with a soul and its history. On the other, we know how to sell them and we know the market. Our project is based on accompanying you in the process of selling / renting / buying your house, informing you of all the possible scenarios and advising you so that you can make the decision that benefits you the most.
We are passionate about royal, modernist and classic estates. We like to know the history of each farm, its interior, its owners, and mix it with the satisfaction of being part of the new project.
Do you know what a royal estate is?
They are those buildings erected between the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th, whose main characteristics are facades with decorative details in the modernist style, large iron access doors to the estate, high ceilings inside their homes that hide the so sought after “volta catalana”, exposed brick walls and those wonderful hydraulic mosaic floors.
We refer to royal estates thinking of the typical buildings of l'Eixample de Barcelona, Gràcia, Galvany or El Putxet, but the modernist architecture did not stop there and modernist single-family houses were also built in the upper area of the city and Vallvidrera, for the towns of the entire province and also in Madrid and cities throughout Spain.
Many of these buildings were built by renowned architects and today are protected by the department of architectural heritage in order to transmit this legacy to future generations in the best conditions.
